Visa restrictions: GC or USC Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to join our team. In this role, as an intermediate-level administrator reporting to a Senior Atlassian Architect, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and resolution of break-fix issues for our Atlassian suite of products, including JSM, Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie, and associated tools. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). 2. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Jira workflows, screens, fields, and reports. 3. Experience with administering Jira Service Management 4. Strong understanding of permissions schemes and security configurations in Atlassian tools. 5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 7.
