Position: Enterprise Architect (Azure) Work Location: Tallahassee, FL Hybrid Required Work Authorization: All Visa Except OPT/CPT Requirements: Experience administering a Microsoft Azure Environment (2 years). Experience working with administration and/or support of virtual desktops (3 years). Experience with Windows 10 or higher. Experience with PowerShell or other scripting. Experience working on project teams. Experience developing technical processing documentation Preferred: Experience with Azure Platform Services. Experience with Active Directory Administration, including Group Policies. Experience with Virtual System Administration. Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Azure, Citrix, Windows Remote Desktop Services, etc.). Experience with PowerShell Scripting Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Oversee the planning, design, administration, and support of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technology services and users. Provide administrative support for VDI services, including image management, user provisioning, resource planning, and related services. Generate and maintain technical documentation for the Azure VDI and other related services. Azure and Office 365 Support. Provide technical expertise and systems analysis to support the Office 365 and Azure environments, including configuring services, monitoring, and maintaining the enterprise-level Microsoft cloud environment. Monitor and analyze the performance of cloud resources and VDI services, ensuring optimal resource utilization and planning for future needs. Assess the needs of clients and customers, providing information or assistance to satisfy expectations or resolve problems related to Azure and VDI services. Take initiative to comprehend assignments, organize workloads, and meet deadlines with minimal direction. Make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions utilizing critical thinking and analysis.
