Involve in requirement gathering and understand them Examine and identify necessities by evaluating business requirements. Develop new processes or modify existing processes based on business needs Prepare accurate design and architecture reports for management and executive teams. Perform thorough unit testing and integration testing of the developed modules Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions. Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features. Participate in Production migration activities of the developed modules Recommend solutions to improve new and existing solutions. Educate staff members through training and individual support. Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner. Understand and document data flows in and between different systems/applications. Very good experience in Banking and Financials Domain with Fund Accounting Knowledge 9-10+ years of IT experience with BFS Domain experience Top 3 skills required for this role: 1. Java 11, Sprint Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud, React JS, PCF/MicroServices or Azure 2. Oracle 3.
