Requirements elicitation and gathering (various modes, include 1-1 interviews, workshop facilitation) Salesforce Business Analyst certification Experience with cross-functional stakeholder groups (life insurance death claims are a plus) Experience working in Agile Scrum and/or Scaled Agile Experience with creation of user stories, test cases, and supporting development team with testing (as needed) Specific tools: Miro or another web-based collaboration tool (Mural, Figma, etc.) Atlassian (including Jira Cloud, Jira Align, and Confluence) Microsoft Office365 Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Salesforce Financial Service Cloud Will this BA supervise or direct team members This will be an individual contributor role.
