Role: PLC Developer Location: Houston, TX (NO REMOTE) ROLE: What youll do: Develop, configure, and maintain Siemens S7 PLC programs using TIA Portal. Conduct thorough testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards. Utilize industry-standard protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Profibus, and Profinet for seamless integration and communication. Facilitate and support testing programs in a controls lab environment, ensuring accurate and efficient testing processes. Load, update, and maintain hardware configurations and setups, ensuring systems are current and operational. Must Haves: BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience working as a PLC Developer or relevant experience. Expertise in Siemens S7 PLC. Proficient in TIA Portal, PLC Programming, Configuring, Testing, Troubleshooting Knowledge of Industry Standard Protocols: Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Profinet, etc. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
