| Urgent Needed Job Title: Test Data Management Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Job Summary: The Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist is responsible for managing and ensuring the quality and availability of test data required for software testing. This role involves collaborating with various teams to understand data requirements, creating and maintaining test data sets, and implementing data management strategies to support effective testing processes. Key Responsibilities: Test Data Creation and Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and manage test data sets to support various testing activities. Ensure test data is accurate, relevant, and meets the specific needs of different testing scenarios. Create synthetic test data when necessary and mask sensitive information to ensure data privacy and compliance. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with QA, development, and business teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with testing objectives. Facilitate effective communication between teams to address any data-related issues or challenges. Data Management and Strategy: Implement and maintain test data management strategies, policies, and procedures. Develop and enforce standards for data consistency, quality, and security. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Tools and Technologies: Utilize test data management tools and technologies to automate data creation, masking, and maintenance processes. Stay updated with the latest TDM tools and best practices to continuously improve the test data management process. Problem Solving and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve test data-related issues in a timely manner. Provide support and guidance to testing teams on test data management best practices and techniques. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. years of experience in test data management, software testing, or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and database management. Experience with test data management tools (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim). Understanding of data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation techniques. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
