Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: Salesforce Developer Location:Fully Onsite( Burlington, MA ) Duration: 6 months contract Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Job Description: R esponsibilities Serve as the primary administrator of the Salesforce database, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, data integrity, and smooth operation. Ensure that all constituent and program information is entered accurately and efficiently into the Salesforce database, maintaining data integrity and running reports as needed. Generate reports and analyze data to track progress towards fundraising goals. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor fundraising activity. Oversee event registration through the Salesforce system. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that data is being used effectively to support fundraising and programmatic efforts. Conduct regular quality control checks on data entered into the Salesforce database ensuring accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date information. Process and acknowledge all gifts received by client. Review pledges and receivables monthly and send reminders as needed. Make changes to constituent records (addresses, marriages, births, deaths, etc.) upon receipt. Required Experience and Skills: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce database software. Strong written and verbal communications skills with internal and external constituents. Excellent organizational skills, including strong attention to detail with strong proofreading skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. Ability to manage many simultaneous projects and deadlines. Associates or Bachelors Degree in communications, business administration or other related field.
