Job Title : Lead Data Engineer / Data Modeler Location : Tampa, FL Candidates within State Day1 Onsite 3 days onsite per week Must Have skillset : Erwin Data Modelling, Aurora Postgres and Snowflake Basic Qualifications: Multiple years demonstrated expertise in logical and physical data modeling (ER) Minimum of 7+ years demonstrated proficiency using Erwin Data Modeling tool or comparable Multiple years of experience in developing and deploying to operational environments Multiple years years experience working experience in a multi-terabyte computing environment Minimum of 7+ years of experience with a large-scale DBMS( Oracle, Aurora Postgres, Snowflake, etc.) Minimum of 7+ years of working experience in SQL and PL/SQL a must Minimum of 5+ years of experience with change management procedures and Agile SDLC is a must Minimum of 2+ years experience in a lead role Experience with data governance for design standardization and metadata management Preferred Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding. Solid interpersonal, negotiating, and marketing skills to work with users, senior management, and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines. Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using technology and/or integrating diverse user systems.
