We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager specializing in Payment Solutions to join our team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, specifically managing complex programs related to payment technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and a proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of programs related to payment solutions from inception to completion. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives. Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress, milestones, and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program delivery and operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in program management within the financial services industry, with a focus on payment solutions. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs or projects, preferably in payment technologies. Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, including card payments, ACH, wire transfers, and emerging payment methods. Experience working in Agile or similar iterative development methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
