| From: Subodh Kumar, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Electrical Senior Automation Engineer / Project Leader Hybrid Location: Lexington, SC Duration: 6+ months Responsibilities: Provide detailed electrical design and automation programming for assigned projects. Estimate and schedule all phases of process equipment addition, replacement, or upgrade. Offer backup support and training to plant maintenance teams on new automation systems. Collaborate with internal company support groups to achieve objectives and manage contract engineering when needed. Participate in major capital projects and/or modifications, including equipment reception, commissioning, and acceptance. Must-Haves: Bachelors degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience, with 2-4+ years of engineering experience in a production manufacturing environment. Proficiency in electrical design standards and controls systems design using CAD tools (SEE Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or AutoCAD Electrical). Experience with Rockwell PLC programming standards and software, including GRAFCET, Ladder Logic, and Structured Text. Preferred Skills: Willingness to travel 5% domestically and occasionally internationally. Experience with Variable Frequency drives and Motion Control technologies (Control Techniques, SEW MOVIMOT, Rockwell). Knowledge of HMI PanelView and FactoryTalkView ME Studio. Familiarity with control systems network interfaces and protocols (Data-Highway +, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Ethernet). Experience in Project Team Leadership or Project Management. Vision System configuration and interface experience (Cognex, Keyence, Adept, Bytewise, Gocator). Robotic experience or knowledge (Fanuc, ABB).
