| From: Heena Khan, iinfiniti [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Roel: ERP Functional Consultant Location: Remote Infor XA (9.1) on Manufacturing, Engineering is must Job Description * Responsible for Functional and Technical design of Infor XA (9.1) on Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity, Procurement and Finance functional areas. * Prepare and document Solution Design and process maps. * Communicate with various Business Process Owners (BPO) on requirements, processes, and systems. * Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements. * Manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology. * Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changes. * Support end to end processes and overcome system touch points impacts. * Collaborate with project team on solution definition and validation. * Prepare test cases and conduct various test cycles, including Conference Room Pilot (CRP), Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verify data integrity, and recommend/implement corrective actions. * Prepare and coordinate training for end users. * Support Cutover definition, execution and post go live issues. * Use XA-Eaton Documentation standard * The normal working hours for the resources are as follows: X 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. [GM1] Technical / Soft Skills * Must have 5+ years of technical experience with good knowledge on Synon code development tool. * Excellent understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands * In-depth knowledge on RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, IBM job Schedulers/ROBOT, Debugging concepts and other AS/400 utilities. * Strong analytical, Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Candidate should work independently.
