| From: nitu, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Team Lead - Testing Readiness and Execution Location :- - Remote, with the position located in Chicago, Illinois Duration :- 9 Month Intro : The Team Lead, Testing Readiness and Execution is accountable for preparing the SAP Program and Deployment Group Resources for all testing cycles per SAP release. They will work in partnership with the Business Stakeholders, IT Testing Team, and System Integrators to ensure a holistic readiness approach and manage relationships with all key stakeholders throughout all in-scope testing cycles. Additionally, the Analyst, Testing Readiness, and Execution will be responsible for ensuring release requirements coverage through the testing scope, ensuring data quality readiness and clear communication on readiness to leadership prior to entering a testing cycle. This role will report to the Director, Business Testing Leader and will play a critical role in the transparency and visibility of testing readiness. Job Details - Implement transparent testing readiness solutions across all testing cycles: FUT (Functional Unit Testing), System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Live Site UAT, Performance Testing, and Day in the Life (DITL) across the end-to-end solution (SAP and global apps). - Closely partner with IT partners, division deployment resources, and the program team throughout the entire release testing cycle to ensure all resources are fully trained and prepared for testing, test data is identified ready, and ensure testing coverage of every in-scope requirement. - Responsible for the timely completion of project activities, focused primarily on test readiness and clear, transparent communication throughout testing preparation to the program and deployment group resources. - Manage relationships and engagement for all resources involved in testing and teams impacted by all testing owned work packages. - Create and implement a process for requirements traceability across all testing cycles and assist with documentation of coverage for the validated testing cycle. - Develop and clearly communicate testing training materials to be delivered across the SAP program and deployment resources. Mandatory Skills - Strong understanding of SAP and its various testing cycles (FUT, SIT, Regression, UAT, Live Site UAT, Performance Testing, DITL). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and transparent communication with stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage relationships and engagement with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective testing readiness solutions. - Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training materials. Desired Skills - Previous experience in a senior testing readiness role within an SAP environment. - Experience with requirements traceability and documentation. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a remote setting effectively.
