Proficiency in IBM Db2 Database administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning. Strong SQL and scripting skills for automation and data manipulation. Knowledge of database security best practices and encryption techniques. Experience with backup and recovery procedures. Familiarity with database design and modeling concepts. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Nice to have Insurance domain exp. IBM Db2 Database certification (optional but preferred).
