Will be interactive with a range of team members from Operations to Field Product Support. This role will cover Drivetrain products produced at Caterpillar. Why this Role This position will be responsible for supporting Drivetrains Zero-Defect Culture within the manufacturing facility. They will handle workload and projects within the Drivetrain product and manufacturing space that will ultimately lead to root cause/corrective action activity to proactively driving quality improvements impacting the shop floor as well as the external customers. Typical task breakdown: Will work project workload daily thru facilitating and execution of analyzing data, shop walks, team meetings, driving team activities/actions, and full execution of projects thru completion, etc. Education & Experience Required: Requires a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or an equivalent level of work experience. Seeking ideally 10+ years of total overall experience (flexible!) Also requires excellent analytical and communication skills. Looking for someone with the ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments, either through on-the-job assignments or through pursuit of advanced degree. Must have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with team members as well as employees in other units, customers, and suppliers.
