REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Professional experience in a Linux environment.- 5+ years experience developing python.- 5+ years overall experience developing in any high level programming language like python.- Ability to create a python library or package.- Experience developing test software.- Basic networking skills.- Ability to learn quickly.- Ability to work independently or as a group.- Ability to adhere to agreed standards.- Must have good written and verbal communication skills- Understanding of VDS such as git PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- BS or MS in Computer Science- 5+ years experience developing python.- Experience with testing frameworks specifically Robot Framework.- In-depth understanding of all layers of the OSI model.- Ability to capture and decipher network traffic.- Experience writing tests for firmware running on off site physical hardware.- Knowledge of containerization concepts such as docker.- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines specifically Gitlab-CI.- Experience with DevOps Tools such as AWS or Ansible.Must have specialized skill listed under specializations tab.Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback.Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.Participates in architecture, design and code reviews.Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.5 + years of experience.
