Key Responsibilities: Facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning and Scrum ceremonies. Maintain team backlog and support iteration execution. Drive teams to complete stories per the Definition of Done (DoD). Improve Agile Release Train (ART) performance and workflow. Escalate blockers and enhance team collaboration. Requirements: 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience. Proficiency with Confluence and Jira. Strong planning, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple Scrum Teams.
