Job Summary:

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our Agile programs. You will need to leverage your deep experience in Agile organization, delivery, and transition, as well as your strong program management skills, to lead multi-million-dollar programs. The ideal candidate will excel at managing cross-program dependencies and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders across the business and product teams.

Qualifications:

            Bachelors degree in a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

            5+ years of program or project management experience.

            Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications are highly preferred.

            Proven hands-on Agile experience, with a track record of navigating failures and problem-solving within the Agile space.

            Proficiency in managing 3-5 Scrum Masters, demonstrating effective leadership and mentorship.

            Strong understanding of program management principles, practices, and technologies.

            Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.

            Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.

            Excellent knowledge of forecasting and time management tools.

            Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate program progress and escalations effectively to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

            Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly on the business side.

            Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

            Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

            Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities:

            Lead and manage Customer Service projects, programs, and finance from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

            Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to integrate security into the development lifecycle.

            Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.

            Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with Customer Service projects.

            Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership.

            Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.

            Monitor and report on key security metrics and project performance.

            Demonstrate a profound understanding of Agile principles and practices, focusing on organization, delivery, and transition, to guide and optimize program performance.

            Successfully manage and lead multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring they meet all goals and objectives within established timelines and budgets.

            Utilize excellent knowledge of forecasting and time management tools to create precise program timelines and ensure effective resource allocation.

            Exhibit outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating program progress and escalating issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

            Engage proactively with business and product teams to build and manage strong program relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

            Take charge of managing cross-dependencies between programs, driving them toward common solutions.
