We are seeking one Coupa Analyst to augment the team. The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements. REQUIREMENTS: The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA, Section 3.13.2 for labor category Functional Analyst. 10 years minimum total IT experience Bachelors Degree The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience: The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: Support regression testing of new Coupa releases Design and test assigned reports Monitor integration issues in Production, and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results Q and A 1. Is experience with ERP software other than Workday acceptable for the candidate Specifically, would SAP be considered a suitable alternative Answer: We are mainly looking for Coupa skills, ERP is not required. 2. What percentage of the role is testing Answer: 30% 3. Is this role more analytical or technical Answer: About the same 4. What percentage of support is Workday vs Coupa Answer: Support is for Coupa only.
