The candidate can come to Madison onsite, at their cost, for occasional meetings (approximately 1-2 days a month). 2. The candidate has a history with all of the below: * 5+ Years in Security Roles * 2+ years with Cybersecurity Roles (as a subset of the security roles above) * Active Directory Management 3. Of the following list, the candidate has a history with 3+ items: * Access privilege management (User account: audits, reviews, maintenance, etc.) * Security Risk Assessments * Scripting (VB, PowerShell) * Roles working for/within SOC (Security Operations Center) or equivalent * Incident response Description of Duties: The incumbent will possess a strong background in IT security with extensive experience in security activities such as: o Active Directory reporting o User and access auditing o Risk assessments o Security operations o Security audits o Incident handling o Scripting (e.g. PowerShell, VB) Required Skills: (Need Majority; 5+ Years) Strong business analysis experience in documenting policy processes and procedures. Ability to work independently and maintain timelines. Experience securing IT applications by defining and maintaining access privileges, defining access review methodologies, and performing access reviews. Experience implementing IT security improvements by assessing current state, performing risk assessments, and providing mitigation strategies. Nice to Have Skills (Need four or more of the following): Active directory management: 10+ years User account auditing: 8+ years Risk Assessment: 5+ years Scripting: 5+ years Data analysis: 5+ years Security operations: 8+ years Interview Process: Phone and web-based interviews will be acceptable. However, an in-person interview may be required. Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date. MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be at the supervisory level.)
