| From: Sampath Goud, Metasys Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Lead Consultant with SAP Treasury Experience 11+Month Contract Sugarland TX Client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Lead Consultant with expertise in SAP Treasury for a phased greenfield international implementation project transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This role involves managing financial (FI), controlling (CO), and treasury business processes, and executing a multi-phase implementation project across various regions. Responsibilities: Lead the Record to Report Value Stream for the phased greenfield implementation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Manage project scope and deliverables in collaboration with Finance Line of Business Stakeholders and other Value Stream Leads. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets with the customer Program Management Office. Coordinate and manage the Record To Report value stream delivery team, including internal resources and third-party vendors. Ensure timely and budget-compliant project milestones and deliverables. Review and analyze global template design for financial, controlling, and treasury processes. Plan and lead global detail design, develop functional specifications, coordinate localization requirements, and update business process design documents. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and Treasury modules to meet global and local business requirements, ensuring integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Collaborate with the Data Migration Team for master and transaction data migration, ensuring data quality and consistency. Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for business process leads and end-users. Provide ongoing post-implementation support and guidance. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement necessary enhancements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree or SAP Certification is a plus. 8-10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO and Treasury modules; 4-5 years in a lead role for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. 2-3 SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation projects. Extensive knowledge of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting), CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing), and Treasury (Cash Management, Treasury and Risk Management, In-House Cash). Proficiency in SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization. Experience with SAP data migration tools and techniques. Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, QM, TM, EWM, IM). SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Certification preferred. Strong project leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
