Job Title: Service Now With SAMPro experience. Location: Remote (Charleston, NC ) Duration: Long Term Note : Location Charleston, NC Can be remote but must be willing to travel In case the client needs them onsite. Must have at least 4 years of hands-on Experience on ServiceNow SAMPro, ITAM module and capabilities. Hands-on experience of Software Asset Life Cycle Management. Excellent understanding of SAM terminologies and SAMPro terminologies. Must have hands-on experience in resolving Incidents and Catalog tasks. Must have Client handling experience. Hands-on experience on Software Asset Workspace and capabilities. Identify software cost optimization opportunities and work with the SAM/HAM managers to achieve them. Must have hand-on experience in Entitlement creation, Contract review, Contract Renewal Process, Retirement Process, License Harvesting, Normalization and other SAM related processes. Good to have experience or understanding of out of box integrations in ServiceNow. Create and maintain documentation of SAM/HAM processes, policies, and procedures. Provide support and training to internal teams. Experience working with software development teams (Agile/Scrum, onshore and offshore), products owners, end users, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and business adoption of new processes and technologies. Basic understanding of development in ServiceNow related to ITAM. Excellent organizational skills: detail-oriented, thorough, dependable, and trustworthy, with a positive can do attitude Ability to learn quickly and understand new business environments; strong planning, problem solving and decision-making skills Proven stakeholder management skills working at all levels within an organization.
