They will have experience in content management, quality assurance/testing and developing best practices with web operations. What you Will Do: Create and maintain product and marketing content (US/CA), while ensuring a seamless experience across channels Develop and deploy content across ecommerce sites via Page Designer to customer and CA. Working with ecommerce operations teams, monitor content for quality and optimization opportunities to improve overall ecommerce performance and core KPIs (focus: conversion, abandon rate) Communicates status updates with internal team, technology partners, and agency vendors using tools like JIRA, Slack Collaborates closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure delivery of high quality and web optimal assets (copy, imagery) To Be Successful You Will Have: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently. Proven written and verbal communication skill. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused. Qualifications (Education & Experience) Bachelors degree in marketing, merchandising, digital content/design or equivalent field 3-5 years of experience with web/ecommerce operations and content management systems. Preferably in Salesforce commerce, page designer, and marketing platforms Knowledge of HTML development is ideal. Experience working with Atlassian products including JIRA workflows, and Confluence documentation.
