The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure that SharePoint environments are optimized for performance, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint solutions including web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, and forms. Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer and other development tools. Implement custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx). SharePoint Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments (on-premises and Online). Manage SharePoint farm topology, including web applications, site collections, and service applications. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and performance tuning. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on SharePoint functionalities and best practices. Security and Compliance: Implement and manage SharePoint security, including user permissions and access controls. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Integration and Migration: Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications. Plan and execute SharePoint migrations from older versions or other platforms to SharePoint Online. Develop and maintain documentation for integration and migration processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. Proven track record of designing and deploying SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments. Skills: Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, components, and modules. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and other development tools. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Knowledge of SQL Server and database management. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid, Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate.
