| Role: Techno-Functional Salesforce Consultant Location: Remote Visa: GC,USC Submissions: For all submissions, please include the candidate's answers to the following: Please explain and projects where you were solely responsible for Org/Instance Sanitization or "clean up" (Apex Code, Configuration, Integration, Object etc) Please explain in as much detail as possible where and what your part was (as well as results/ROI). We are targeting a SF consultant who can help JnJ w/ "sanitizing" their existing instances. JnJ is cleaning up its Salesforce instances as the platform is complex and highly customized. There is the coupling of code and not being able to leave code as the code breaks with each SF update. We are seeking a seasoned consultant who is both strategic & good with code. Must have experience with sanitization or cleaning up code in a complex, highly customized environment. 1. Minimum experience of 8 years with Salesforce Service Cloud 2. High proficiency in SFDC SC architecture 3. Must have practical experience in SFDC Org/Instance Sanitization (Apex Code, Configuration, Integration, Object etc) 4. Must have practical experience in doing Service Cloud Org Split. 5. Must have experience in doing object, Apex code and configuration rollback. 6. Deep functional experience in Case Management is a must. 7. Should have experience in doing instance inspections using Salesforce Schema. 8. Knowledgeable on SFDC configuration and customization best practices. 9. Excellent hands-on development skills 10.
