REQUIRED SKILLS            

             MUST HAVE: IVR and/or UCCX experience.

             Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform including ServiceNow APIs, scripting, and custom application development.

             Strong proficiency in Cisco UCCX/Finesse and IVR technologies, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

             Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.

             Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and integration middleware.
