Need Local consultant Must have a valid drivers license. **This position is fully onsite, 5 days a week** Selected candidate will require passing of NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check. Must Have: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. design and implementation of VMware vSphere and Nutanix environments Hyper-V managed Nutanix clusters manage Operating Systems Workstations Nice to Have: 2nd and 3rd-level technical support Ability to intrepid, modify and write scripts and SQL queries analysis of cyber activity / threats Experience with Splunk Requirement: Active Directory active monitoring of the entire infrastructure and troubleshoot server Application Servers Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cyber security, system administration, or a related role. Proven experience in cyber security & system administration, including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle). Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Familiarity with bulk deployment tools and automation. Scripting or programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation is a plus. Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms. Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architectures. Experience with network security tools such as NIDS/NIPS/Proxy/Secure Web Gateway/Firewall. Experience with AV/EDR/XDR solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Versatility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
