They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and guide the development team through implementation. Responsibilities: 15+ years of total experience is required. More than eight years of relevant experience with Azure Cloud experience as well as data engineering tools like Python, SQLServer, Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage. Extensive experience in creating and executing solutions for databases such as Hadoop, SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure Synapse. Experience demonstrating and ability to talk about a wide variety of data engineering tools, and architectures across cloud providers and open-source tools and packages. Experience working with business teams, dev teams and coming up with designs to deliver data solutions with best practices and standards. Hands-on experience in Azure Data architecture. Solid experience in developing and optimizing Spark data pipelines using cloud-native technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and ETL tools. Improve the Azure Synapse database. Workload performance optimization and recommended modification. Recognize that data ingestion from source databases such as SQLServer, Oracle, MySQL, and other RDBMS-based databases is required in both batch and stream formats. Architect data warehouses, data lakes, and data integration solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure services. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure efficient data movement and transformation. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms. Stay current with the latest developments and trends in Azure data services and technologies.
