Product owners are new to the system. Payroll compensation and recruiting we dont have as much knowledge, so that would help. But core hcm is key. Consulting with the HR COEs to intake requests Then partner with them on best solutions Testing within the team, writing test Testing for other team members. Providing day to day support Troubleshooting to associates and other COEs Help upscale and educate on the team On workday a year ago. Need to continue to learn from this person The primary focus of this position is to p rovide technical support of Workday, Clients Human Capital Management System. In this role, the System Administrator will act as a subject matter expert in the administration of Workday. This individual should have a deep understanding of Workday core business processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of Workday Responsible for the process, management and execution of mass data uploads (EIBs) Provide Tier 2 and 3 system support including troubleshooting and providing guidance to HR COEs and associates Ensure timely and accurate documentation of system functionality, processes and troubleshooting guides Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes, partner on the implementation of solutions Design, develop and oversees the maintenance of solutions & deliverables, driving team compliance with the relevant standards Participate in review, testing and implementation of releases Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR COEs, IT, and business leaders to continuously improve Workday Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring client requirements are met Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices Stays up-to-date on the latest capabilities, trends and best practices of Workday Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 2 -5 Years of Workday Support Experience in Core HCM.
