As a leader in our insurance vertical, the candidate must bring in experience, insight, and credibility in insurance domain. Excellent problem solving, communication, team and client management skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential. Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, and present solutions in the insurance domain. In addition, the candidate should be skilled at developing long term relationships at senior levels within customer organizations. Candidate is expected to drive & deliver strategic thought leadership, consulting, requirements, solutions, and technology and business process services at HCLs top insurance clients. He/She will be accountable for: Conceptualizing, developing and delivering strategic solutions and solution consulting engagements Developing strong client relations at senior executive and CXO levels, developing new business insights, and delivering practical, implementable solutions Leadership responsibilities for managing practice teams, setting senior level client expectations, thought leadership, strategic problem solving Drive Gate 1 and Gate 2 requirements Management Conduct workshops, elicit requirements and conceptualize solutions.
