Ensure alignment with our business requirements and strategic goals. Data Integration and Management: Design and implement data integration solutions to consolidate financial data from various sources. Oversee ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability. Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models for financial reporting and analysis. Optimize data models for performance and scalability. System Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation of SAP financial systems, ensuring proper integration of data architecture components. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for our SAP financial data environment. Data Governance and Quality: Establish data governance frameworks and ensure adherence to data quality standards. Implement data validation and reconciliation processes to maintain accuracy and consistency. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our finance and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data architecture performance, ensuring efficient data processing and storage. Implement data management and architecture best practices within the SAP environment. Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience with SAP technologies, including SAP Analytics Cloud. Strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes. Experience with financial systems implementation and support. Excellent understanding of data governance and data quality standards. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
