About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated IAM Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will work closely with IT operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure that users have the appropriate access to the resources they need while maintaining a strong security posture. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and One Identity tools. (Important Skill) Analyze user access needs and define appropriate access controls based on the principle of least privilege. (Important Skill) Manage user accounts and groups, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests. (Important Skill) Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze user data for reporting and auditing purposes. Maintain and update IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and workflows. (Important Skill) Collaborate with IT operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with IAM strategies. Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM trends and technologies. Participate in the Agile development process to deliver IAM solutions effectively. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). (Important Skill) Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or a similar relational database management system. (Important Skill) Experience with One Identity tools (e.g., Active Roles, Password Manager, Manager Self-Service). (Important Skill) Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices. Experience working in an Agile development environment (a plus). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
