This role involves planning, executing, and completing IT projects while adhering to deadlines and budget requirements, utilizing both internal staff and external consultants.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects, ensuring all aspects align with deadlines and budget constraints. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior IT management. Coordinate resources, manage timelines, track project progress, and provide regular updates. Manage changes in project scope, conduct post-project evaluations, and identify successful elements and areas for improvement. Assemble and lead project teams, coordinating staff from various groups to see projects through from inception to completion. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines. Track deliverables using appropriate tools and provide direction to the project team. Oversee and review the work of external consultants and approve their invoices. Stay current with technology and systems through self-study and professional organizations.Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervision will vary depending on project needs and may include indirect supervision of IT staff.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including process development and execution. Proven experience in managing IT projects such as software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, platform migrations, and software development. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, with a preference for Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and enterprise applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, IT service management, and technology trends in the legal industry.
