The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform and ensuring it aligns with our business objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by enhancing the effectiveness of our Salesforce platform and driving our digital transformation initiatives.Responsibilities: Oversee the operation, support, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and related systems. Develop and implement Salesforce strategies to support business objectives and drive growth. Manage Salesforce projects from conception to completion, including defining requirements, designing solutions, managing resources, and delivering on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Train users on Salesforce functionality and best practices to maximize user adoption and productivity. Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements. Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices and managing data migrations and integrations. Manage third-party vendors and consultants to ensure effective delivery of services. Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. according to needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in managing Salesforce platforms, preferably in the medical industry. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is preferred. Proven experience in managing large scale Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions. Experience with data migration and integration is a plus.
