| Job Title: Test Lead/Project Manager with Testing Background Location: Local to Dallas, TX (F2F interview mandatory) Overall Responsible for day-to-day activities for multiple PODs Responsible for In POD to Production of changes for the given PODs user stories / features Weekly status report updates JIRA Dashboard Updates/Linking Sprint Level: Understand Stories Ensure Test Coverage Review Integration/Functional tests Review Test Cases Review test Execution Technical support to QE (Nice to have) Create Test Plan Monitor Testing Progress/Escalate Ensure QE is following best practices Coordinate E2E tests API GUI with SMEs Update weekly reports with In-POD activities Engage Performance / Automation support teams as needed Feature Level: Participate in Grooming Sessions Provide Testing estimates Document Feature level Roadmap for QMO Required Skills: Overall Lead/PM experience of 4-6 years Strong hands-on PM experience or leading teams Ability to manage multiple Quality Engineers / Quality Analyst Strong understanding of software/testing methodologies.
