Duration: Long Term Contract Must have : Scrum Master with SFDC Job description: > Proven experience as a Scrum Master. 6 years minimum. > Must have experience working in Financial Services or Banking. > Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe) or equivalent Agile certification. > Hands on experience of SFDC platform and ready to work hands on as well > Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps. > Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. > Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences. > Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
