In this role you are responsible for maximizing the usability of the tool and helping business create additional ROI through implementing efficiencies within labor scheduling and time and attendance platforms. In this role you will be responsible for the change and incident process of the WFM. Client uses Kronos and Blue Yonder WFM Systems.
