As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Pega-based solutions, while mentoring and guiding the offshore development team. Your deep understanding of Pega architecture, development methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques will be essential to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet our client's needs. Responsibilities: Pega Development and Architecture: Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide the offshore development team, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and performance feedback. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, business partners, and Pega Product Support to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Testing and Troubleshooting: Design and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and resolve issues in Pega applications, ensuring high quality and performance. Offshore Coordination: Effectively coordinate with the offshore team, managing daily tasks, reviewing progress, and addressing any roadblocks. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Pega CSSA Certification: Must hold a valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification. Pega Development Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end Pega development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment. Pega Architecture: Deep understanding of Pega architecture, frameworks, and design patterns. Technical Leadership: Ability to mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Desirable Skills: Experience with Pega PRPC versions 8.x or higher. Knowledge of Pega industry-specific solutions (e.g., healthcare, financial services).
