Proficiency in SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization. Experience with SAP data migration tools and techniques. Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, QM, TM,EWM, IM). SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Certification preferred. Project Value Stream Leadership and Management: Strong project leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage multiple phases and international teams. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Travel: Willingness to travel as required for project needs Lead the Record to Report Value Stream of a phased greenfield implementation project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO and Treasury modules, with at least 4-5 years in a lead role for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. With at least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation projects.
