Good knowledge of AEM Architecture, technology stack, Content Migration Tools and latest features Experience leading complex content migration projects, preferably from SDL to AEM Lead the end-to-end migration of content from SDL to AEM, ensuring data integrity, quality, and timeliness. Architect and design migration solutions, leveraging AEM best practices and methodologies. Experience in AEM APIs such as the AEM Assets HTTP API and the AEM JCR API to build custom migration solutions tailored to specific requirements. Proficiency in mapping existing CMS content taxonomies to AEM structures and transforming data to fit the new taxonomy model. Familiarity with diverse migration tools and techniques for importing content and assets into AEM while preserving metadata and relationships. Document the migration process, including taxonomies, mappings, and workflows, to facilitate future maintenance and updates. Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues that arise during the migration process, such as data discrepancies or compatibility issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the migration team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed. Proficiency in Apache web servers, Dispatcher, CDN configurations, CI/CD tools, and Adobe Cloud Manager, complemented by expertise in authentication mechanisms like LDAP, SSO, and SAML.
