| From: SAPNA, ITECS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Epic Product Lead with Telecom/BI background Location: Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA /Los Angeles, CA (Onsite from Day1) EPIC Product Lead Job description: - Key Skills Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience Strong Product Management functional skills with cross domain knowledge. Document the existing flows from project initiation, funding, into Jira Align/Jira, time reporting, IT project, etc. financial reporting, into the financial system Is collaborative and demonstrates leadership to drive Epic decomposition in partnership with Solution Manager, Epic Owner and ART PM/POs Ability to take large initiatives and split into MVP capabilities/features (thin slices) Define customers and stakeholders interacts with a broad set of customers and stakeholders. These may include end-users, operations, suppliers, and other Development Value Streams (DVS). Maintain design-thinking assets To better connect with customers and stakeholders, Solution Management works with Product Management to create and maintain relevant personas, empathy maps, and journey maps. Working experience or deep understanding of HR and Financial applications. Knowledge of Portfolio or Project management workflow and its integration with other systems. Responsibilities: - Define, decompose and manage Epic/Capabilities/Features requirements in Jira Align. In collaboration with Epic Architect, ART Product Manager & Epic Owner. Epic Product Lead defines and evolves the requirements that the solution must meet, including functional and Nonfunctional Requirements (NFR). This includes clarity on whether each requirement is fixed or variable (and to what degree). Partner with Epic Architect to update Solution Intent Architectural Design, and review Solution Intent with impacted teams & suppliers to clarify scope, identify early potential risk. Creates roadmap based around incremental customer value delivery which is an input for Epic Planning Ensures detailed objectives and success metrics are well-defined. Objectives should be: SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) Collaborates with ART Product Managers and team Product Owners to close out Capabilities/Features when Definition of Done is met for work item. Partner with Solution Leads & Epic Leads to present Integrated Solution Demo mid-PI & end of Pi for review, feedback and alignment on progress Responsible and accountable for ensuring there is no scope creep.
