| Hi, Please share the resume if interested for below job. Job Title: Okta Administrator Work Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 6 month contract with option to extend Visa: H1B & TN only. Experience Required: 2+ Years of Experience with IAM with a focus on Okta Job Description & Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain solutions that support identity and access management for our clients Strong Regex skills Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues and incidents. Integrate Okta with various applications, directories, and identity sources. Configure and customize Okta to meet specific business requirements. Work closely with application owners and teams to ensure seamless integration. Enhance security by implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA), SSO, and adaptive authentication. Monitor and audit Okta for security compliance and recommend improvements. Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Okta solutions. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues. Act as an escalation point for Okta-related incidents and support requests. Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues. Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Okta platform. Skills & Qualifications : Years of Experience needed: 2+ Years of Experience with IAM with a focus on Okta Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Systems/Software proficiencies: IAM protocols, (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP), and security best practices are required Certifications/Licenses: Okta Certified Administrator is a plus SSO Integration with Okta Strong knowledge of IAM principles, protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP), and security best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
