Job Title: Legal Operations and Support Consultant Location: Alameda CA (100% on-site from day 1) Duration: 3+ months contract possible to ext Start Date ASAP... IT consultant preferably with experience working in customer support specializing in business applications preferably legal apps NetDocuments and Agiloft CLM. The position requirements are as below: Responsibilities Experience with Legal IT Systems especially NetDocuments system is preferred. Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues related to business application like NetDocuments. Answering customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Coordinate between the business users and IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues which can be blend of multiple factors. Work with the software vendors, if needed, to troubleshoot and resolve users issues. Handle difficult patiently on urgently basis. Participate in testing whenever required. Team player and able to follow the instructions provided. Any other responsibilities as assigned to assist with ad-hoc duties. Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with around 2 years of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle difficult clients patiently. Strong MS Office skills especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. This is an On-Site contract role.
