Title : Senior Technology Architect | Microsoft Technologies | Microsoft Dynamics Location : Richardson, TX Duration: long term Contract Job description : Mandatory Skills: Dynamics GP modules is a must Dynamics 365 Technical skills .Net, JavaScript and SSIS knowledge Good to Have Skills: Exposure to Agile Scrum ways of working Detailed Job Description: The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Dynamics GP. The role involves analyzing customers business requirements to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. The candidate will be responsible for configuring solutions in ERP to meet client requirements, which includes setting up modules, defining user roles and permissions, and customizing forms and reports. Providing user training is a key responsibility to ensure effective use of the system, which includes creating user manuals, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support. The candidate will collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to ensure the overall solution meets client requirements, involving regular meetings, progress updates, and problem-solving discussions. The role also includes providing additional applications/training support as necessary, which involves troubleshooting issues, providing updates, and maintaining system performance. The candidate will develop supporting deliverable documentation to guide users and maintain system clarity, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system diagrams. Facilitating the definition of project success and documenting a flag plant is also part of the role, which involves setting clear objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing a project timeline. The candidate will monitor progress against defined success measures to maximize delivered customer impact, which involves regular reporting, performance analysis, and making necessary adjustments. Lastly, the candidate should demonstrate the value of change management, maximizing, and measuring the value delivered to each client, which involves managing system updates, user feedback, and process improvements.
