Role: RPA Consultant (Blue Prism & UI Path) Locations: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from nearby states only. Updated Notes: The role is L3 in nature so theres an aspect of both development (small/ medium enhancements) and support. Our L3 team is around 75 FTEs and all of them are from development background. RPA Tools: Proficiency in Blue Prism v6.10 (primarily) and UI path. System Integration: Knowledge of integrating BluePrism Solution with other systems & applications (UI + API) within the organization. Scripting / Coding: Basic knowledge of Python will be an added advantage, DB knowledge (to manage the DB Queries & Utilization). Infrastructure: Application Servers (BluePrism), Database Instances (MS SQL Server), Configuration and Setup (good to know). Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze issues and identify the root cause of problems with the bots. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Incident Management Handling, Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during bot operations, Triggering the bots via Control Room, Scheduler (via BluePrism Tool). Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management. Documentation: Skills in documenting processes, issues, and resolutions to maintain a clear and comprehensive record (currently done as part of ServiceFirst). Awaiting your quick response. Thanks!
