Role: RPA Consultant (Blue Prism & UI Path) Locations: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Note: The role is L3 in nature so theres an aspect of both development (small / medium enhancements) and support. Our L3 team is around 75 FTEs and all of the are from development background. RPA Tools: Proficiency in Blue Prism v6.10 (primarily) and UI path System Integration: Knowledge of integrating BluePrism Solution with other systems & applications (UI + API) within the organization Scripting / Coding: Basic knowledge of Python will be an added advantage, DB knowledge (to manage the DB Queries & Utilization) Infrastructure: Application Servers (BluePrism), Database Instances (MS SQL Server), Configuration and Setup (good to know) Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze issues and identify the root cause of problems with the bots Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Incident Management Handling, Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during bot operations, Triggering the bots via Control Room, Scheduler (via BluePrism Tool), Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management Documentation : Skills in documenting processes, issues, and resolutions to maintain a clear and comprehensive record (currently done as part of ServiceFirst) Thanks & Regards Sparsh Gupta Technical Recruiter | Empower Professionals ......................................................................................................................................
