Incident Manager

Plano, TX
(Only Locals to TX)

Duration:

Experience:
Minimum 10+ years

Note:
Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD,
H4, OPT/CPT)

Role Description:

Responsibilities

Lead the response to critical incidents,
ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

Coordinate with internal and external
stakeholders to manage and resolve incidents.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
incidents and their status.

Act as the primary point of contact for
all incident-related communications.

Provide regular updates to senior
management and stakeholders on the status of incidents.

Prepare and distribute incident reports
post-resolution.

Analyze incident trends to identify root
causes and implement preventative measures.

Develop and refine incident management
processes and procedures.

Ensure all incident management
activities comply with company policies and standards.

Maintain detailed records of all
incidents, including actions taken and outcomes.

Generate and analyze reports to track
incident metrics and performance.

Provide training and guidance to staff
on incident management protocols.

Support team members in understanding
and following incident management processes.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information
Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in
incident management or a related role.

Proven experience managing critical
incidents in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and decision-making
skills.

Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex situations
and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in incident management tools
and software.

Familiarity with ITIL or similar
frameworks is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong
organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet
tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities.

A proactive and customer-focused
attitude.
