Role: Cognos TM1 Developer with PAW integration Location: Iselin, NJ (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: As a Senior TM1 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our TM1 environment, with a focus on PAW development and integration. You will leverage your expertise in TM1, Python coding, and problem-solving skills to drive the development of complex solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a deep technical understanding of TM1 architecture, as well as experience with PAW development, rule and feeder creation, and Turbo Integrator processes. Responsibilities Design and architect TM1 solutions, with a focus on PAW (Planning analytics workspace) development and integration. Develop custom TM1 applications and modules to meet business requirements. Utilize Python coding along with TM1 to enhance system functionality and performance. Lead the development of TM1 rules, feeders, and Turbo Integrator processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide expertise and guidance on TM1 best practices, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Mentor and train junior developers on TM1 development techniques and best practices. Stay current on TM1 and PAW updates, enhancements, and new features to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in TM1 development, with a focus on PAW development and integration. Expert-level proficiency in TM1 architecture, rule and feeder creation, and Turbo Integrator processes. Strong Python coding skills, with experience integrating Python scripts with TM1. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of delivering high-quality TM1 solutions on time and within budget. Prior experience as a senior TM1 developer or architect preferred. No training will be provided; candidates must have expert-level proficiency in TM1 development and PAW architecture.
