We are looking for a talented SharePoint Developer/Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint development, as well as experience with Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Role: SharePoint Developer/Power Platform Developer Location: Cincinnati, OH ( Day 1 Onsite) Experience: 9+ Years Job Description : Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions and applications. Create and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts. Develop applications and solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the security and compliance of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Platform-related issues. Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint and Power Platform applications. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform trends and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role. Proficiency in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Restful services. Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Visual Studio. Understanding of SharePoint security and permission management. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft certifications in SharePoint and/or Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate). Experience with other Office 365 applications and services. Knowledge of Azure and other Microsoft cloud technologies. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
