Please let me know if you are interested in the below position Title: IT Manager Location: hybrid onsite needs in Bedford MA, 3 days/week Duration: 6-month MOI: Phone/Skype VISA: NO H1B /CPT ---------------JOB DESCRIPTION ------------------------- As an IT Manager (RMM Manager), you will be responsible for both technical and administrative skills in building and managing both onsite and offshore technical support teams. You will work closely with the Director of Technical Operations to deliver support to end users with a strong technical knowledge in AWS/Azure cloud management, O365, PowerShell, and data center operating systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proven experience in building and managing both onsite and virtual technical support teams. Strong sense of urgency on all client events and ability to meet F-T-F with customer(s) on regular basis Ensure the efficient utilization of technical resources. Ensure change management practices conform to clients organization standards Display exceptional written and in-person communications. Experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, implementation, and support to include Sales Support for RFP responses. Analyze existing operations, team members, and make recommendations/changes to improve and grow with the business.
