This role requires a passion for leveraging data and algorithms to solve complex problems.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business needs and enhance product features. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis. Implement and optimize machine learning models in Python using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others. Deploy and integrate machine learning models into production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions. Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies. Document processes, models, and experiments comprehensively.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical methods. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
